Believe in Greatness exists to help people communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Founded by Gordon Williams and Frederick Afrifa, the organisation has coached over 10,000 professionals, students, and entrepreneurs to speak and lead with impact.

Gordon Williams – Co-Founder & Head Coach

Gordon began his career at the JP Morgan Private Bank, where he discovered that great leaders communicate differently. He later founded Believe in Greatness to help others do the same; combining corporate experience with deep insight into mindset and performance.
He has coached leaders at NatWest, Shell, and LSE, and co-authored Unmute Yourself, a book on mastering fearless communication in a digital world.

Frederick Afrifa – Co-Founder & Global Speaker

A former Team ITL sprinter, Frederick has delivered talks across the world, including South Africa, Kazakhstan, and Nigeria. Now a TEDx speaker and mindset coach, he blends performance psychology and leadership insight to help individuals excel under pressure.
He is also the co-author of Unmute Yourself.
